The Pegasus Rider Physio Video Subscription is evolving into Riding Ready – a more structured, rider physio–led approach that mirrors how I work with riders in sessions. Riding Ready is organised into clear sections covering Foundations, Position, Movement, Body, and Help.
The Riding Ready framework goes beyond a video library. It helps you identify where you’re having problems in your riding, understand why they’re happening, and then use tutorials, exercises, and explanations to address them. Riding is broken down into individual physical components and then brought back together, so you can understand how your body influences what happens in the saddle.
The more I work with riders, the more I see that when riders understand the how and why, the results are more consistent, more sustainable, and easier to carry over into their riding.
All existing tutorial videos remain included. What’s changing is the structure, guidance, and explanation around them.
