Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if, 48 hours prior to your appointment, you rearrange your appointment online or contact Pegasus to cancel. Once you arrive at Racewood (signs on the gates) please drive in and park near the building on the right. Follow the signs for Training Centre. For your mechanical horse session we recommend long clean riding boots and fitted clothes so we can see your posture however please wear clothing which you feel comfortable riding and exercising in. There is a maximum weight limit of 16 stone.
