Rider Physio Locations

Rider Physio sessions are available at my regular base in Cheshire, as well as at selected Racewood simulator venues around the UK.

Wherever you see me, the same Rider Physio approach applies - combining physio assessment with rider biomechanics, video and simulator feedback to understand your position, movement and control in the saddle.

Cheshire – Racewood HQ
My regular Rider Physio sessions are based at Racewood HQ near Tarporley, Cheshire (CW6 9AR), home of the Racewood equestrian simulators. Sessions can use either the dressage or eventing simulator, depending on your riding, what we are assessing and what you want to work on.

Cheshire is my main base and offers the greatest flexibility for initial assessments, follow-ups and more in-depth work. Where appropriate, sessions can also progress from the simulator into the arena with your own horse, allowing you to take what we have worked on in a controlled environment and apply it to your riding.

Travelling from further afield?
If you're travelling to Cheshire, sessions can be arranged as a more intensive 6-hour Rider Physio programme spread over 2–3 days (£550). This gives us time to work progressively through position, movement and control, rather than trying to address everything in one session. Changes can be introduced on the simulator, practised and then reassessed as the programme progresses.

The six hours are structured around you, your riding and what we find during your initial assessment, whether you're looking to improve performance, address a particular problem or return to riding following pain, injury or surgery.

Rider Physio Around the UK
You don't have to travel to Cheshire to access Rider Physio. I travel to selected venues around the UK with Racewood equestrian simulators, bringing the same Rider Physio assessment and treatment approach closer to riders who aren't able to travel to Cheshire.  Sessions combine simulator assessment with video and sensor feedback, physiotherapy assessment and treatment or individual exercises where appropriate.

If Cheshire is too far to travel, you can see whether Rider Physio is available at a location closer to you, individual and joint sessions are available.
